Founded and led by Iliana Diaz Lopez, thefactorysound.com is a creative production lab specializing in music creation, immersive sound, and interdisciplinary cultural projects. With over seventeen years of experience in composition, sound design, live performance, classical singing, audio engineering, education and project leadership, Iliana brings together artistic vision, technical expertise, and cultural insight, producing innovative projects across Latin America and the world.

Through projects such as Cosmovisional Sound Stories® (recognized by British Council), Sur Andina – Argentina Pavilion at the London Design Biennale 2025, residencies including Awasi Artist Immersion in Iguazú, and numerous collaborative sound and music productions, The Factory Sound has built a track record of innovative, multidisciplinary, and internationally recognized experiences. These projects reflect Iliana’s creative leadership, ability to coordinate complex productions, and skill in bringing together artists, institutions, and communities.

Iliana has also work with prestigious institutions such as Argentina’s Ministry of Culture and Education, Angel Studios UK (Abbey Road/Universal Music Group), and Side Global PTW UK (AAA video games), and has performed as a vocalist in major productions, including The Rolling Stones’ Olé Tour (2016). She developed immersive works at La Abadía – Centro de Arte y Estudios Latinoamericanos as producer, composer, sound designer, and engineer, collaborating with leading Latin American artists.
